Payment
    Payments are accepted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
    I primarily use Tikkie or PayPal. Bank transfer is available upon request.
    Payment must be made within 24 hours of commission acceptance. Failure to do so will result in your slot being forfeited.
    I accept upfront payments only. You will not be added to the work queue until payment is received.
    Payment plans may be available for larger commissions. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot.

    The remaining 70% will be paid off over a period of time set with the commissioner on a case by case basis.

Commission Requirements
    Please provide a clear digital reference sheet (front and back, unshaded preferred).
    If a ref sheet is not available, detailed descriptions or previous artwork are acceptable.
    If I cannot work from the provided references, I may decline your commission.
 

Workflow & Deadlines
    Commissions are handled in a first-paid, first-served order.
    You can view my work queue on Trello.
    You'll be notified when I start your piece and receive progress updates.
    Please request changes during the sketch or early progress stage. I cannot guarantee changes once the piece is complete.
    Due to my day job and other commitments, I cannot guarantee exact turnaround times.

    However, I will keep you informed if delays arise.

Age Restrictions
    You must be at least 16 years old to commission me.
    If under 16, I will only work with parental or guardian involvement.
    This excludes suggestive, heavy gore or all 18+ themes in art, When this is the case you should be 18 years or over.
    You must be atleast 18 or over to commission 3D model and texture work.

Refund Policy
    Full refunds are available only if work hasn't started.
    Once work has begun, refunds will be based on how much progress has been made.
    No refunds will be issued once a piece is completed.
    If I cancel the commission, you'll receive a full or partial refund and the art as-is.

Termination Policy
   I reserve the right to cancel your commission without refund in certain cases, including:
   Harassment, manipulation, racism, or other abusive behavior
   Attempting to evade a blacklist
   Removing or covering my signature without permission
   Pressuring me to work faster or beyond reasonable communication
   Termination decisions are final and made at my discretion. Refunds may be partial or denied depending on the severity of the issue.
   Lying about your age or the age of characters involved in suggestive content will result in immediate blacklisting and termination of         your commission. You will be refunded based on the work completed at the time.

Physical Items
    If your commission includes a physical product, I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped.
    However, I’m happy to help troubleshoot or work out a solution if problems arise.

digital and traditional work

Scope of Work

   I offer digital/traditional artwork from sketch to finished rendered to the specifications of the cleint. The files are usually set up to be         printed by the client, in case the client has special requests for the format, pixel density these should be discussed before work starts.

File Delivery

   Deliverables will be in the form of .PNG/.JPG, unless another file type is requested.
   Final files will be sent via a secure download link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or Swisstransfer).

Copyright & Usage Rights
   You may repost, print, or use the artwork for personal promotion with credit given and the signature intact.
   Commercial use (e.g., merch, monetized streams, branding) must be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
   I retain the right to use the artwork for portfolio, promotion, or examples.

Restrictions
   You may not use my artwork for AI training, NFT minting, or resell as stock content.
   You may not remove watermarks or embedded credit metadata unless permission is given.

3D Models & Texture Work

Scope of 3D Work
    I offer 3D services including modeling, UV mapping, texturing, and optionally rigging or basic posing, depending on the project.
    Please be clear about your intended use case (e.g., game asset, VTuber model, printing, animation) so I can tailor the file type and             output to your specific needs.

File Delivery
    Deliverables may include formats such as .FBX, .OBJ, .BLEND, or .GLTF, and textures in .PNG or .TGA unless otherwise specified.
    If you need a specific format, you must mention this upfront.

    I am not responsible for compatibility issues if the format wasn't requested beforehand.
    Final files will be sent via a secure download link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or Swisstransfer).

Usage Rights for 3D Assets
    Personal use is allowed (e.g., profile images, personal renders, printing for yourself).
    Commercial use (e.g., in games, merch, streaming avatars) must be explicitly discussed and agreed upon.
    You may not resell or redistribute the original 3D files or textures without permission.
    Credit is required if the model or textures are used publicly, such as in streams, games, or promotional media.

   I retain the right to use the artwork for portfolio, promotion, or examples.

Restrictions
   You may not use my 3D work in AI training datasets or to mint NFTs.
   You may not remove watermarks or embedded credit metadata unless permission is given.

Revisions & Fixes
   I offer a set number of revision rounds, typically at the blocking, detail, and texturing stages.
   Minor adjustments after delivery (e.g., texture tweaks or export issues) are fine, but major changes may incur extra fees.
   If a mistake is on my end, I will fix it at no cost.
